In consideration of the said cancellation, the parties hereto hereby, for themselves and their respective successors in title absolutely release each other from their respective obligations as Vendors and Purchasers respectively under the Contract of Sale and the covenants and agreements by the Contract of Sale respectively from all and any costs, expenses, damages, claims and demands whatsoever which they or any of them now have or which they or any of them or their successors would or may at any time hereinafter have had upon or against each other respectively for or on account of the Contract of Sale and the said covenants and agreements entered into, there under or for any breach thereof that may have been committed by either or any of them or by reason of any act, matter or thing in anywise relating thereto.
